Welcome to Key West Air Link. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of KeyWestAirLink.net and the travel-related services offered by Key West Air Link LLC, whether through our website, email, telephone, customer support channels, or other authorized communication methods.

By accessing our website or making a booking through Key West Air Link, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or services.

Key West Air Link acts as an independent travel intermediary and assists customers with searching for, reserving, purchasing, modifying, and canceling travel services offered by third-party travel suppliers, including airlines and other travel providers.

2. Eligibility and Use of Our Services

By using Key West Air Link, you represent and agree that:

You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You will provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are authorized to make bookings for yourself and, where applicable, for any other travelers included in your reservation.
You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger names, dates of birth, contact information, and travel details are accurate before confirming a booking.
You will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

You are financially responsible for all bookings, changes, cancellations, and other requests made using your payment method or with your authorization.

3. Our Role as a Travel Intermediary

Key West Air Link facilitates travel bookings with third-party travel suppliers, including airlines and other providers of travel-related services.

When you make a booking through Key West Air Link, you authorize us and, where applicable, our authorized service providers to arrange travel services on your behalf with the selected travel supplier.

The airline or other travel supplier is responsible for providing the actual transportation or travel service. Your travel may also be subject to the supplier’s conditions of carriage, fare rules, cancellation policies, and other applicable terms.

We encourage you to review the applicable airline or travel supplier rules before completing your purchase.

4. Prices, Availability, and Booking Confirmation

Travel prices and availability are subject to change until a booking has been successfully completed and ticketed.

The price displayed or quoted to you may include airfare, applicable taxes, supplier charges, and, where applicable, service or processing fees. The total amount payable will be communicated to you before your purchase is finalized.

A booking request or order confirmation does not necessarily constitute an issued airline ticket. Your reservation is considered complete only after payment has been successfully processed and the applicable travel document or electronic ticket has been issued.

In certain circumstances, a fare may become unavailable, a supplier may reject a reservation, or a pricing or technical error may occur. If this happens, Key West Air Link will make reasonable efforts to contact you and explain the available options, which may include rebooking at the correct price or canceling the affected reservation and issuing any applicable refund.

5. Passenger Information and Name Accuracy

You are responsible for providing the correct passenger information at the time of booking.

Passenger names should match the government-issued identification or passport that will be used for travel. Airlines generally have strict rules regarding name changes and corrections.

If you provide incorrect passenger information, additional charges may apply, and in some cases the airline may require the ticket to be canceled and reissued. Key West Air Link is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by a customer.

6. Airline Rules and Fare Restrictions

Every airline ticket is subject to the fare rules and conditions established by the airline.

Depending on the fare purchased, a ticket may be:

Non-refundable
Non-changeable
Subject to airline penalties
Subject to fare differences
Subject to restrictions regarding cancellations or refunds

The lowest-priced fares often have the greatest restrictions. Before requesting a cancellation or change, please contact Key West Air Link so that we can explain the options available under the applicable fare rules.

7. Changes and Cancellations Requested by the Customer

If you wish to change or cancel your travel plans, you should contact Key West Air Link as soon as possible.

All voluntary changes and cancellations are subject to the applicable airline or travel supplier rules. In addition to any fees, penalties, or fare differences imposed by the travel supplier, Key West Air Link may charge a reasonable service or processing fee for handling change, cancellation, refund, or other post-booking requests.

Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before we process your request whenever reasonably possible.

A request to cancel a booking does not guarantee that a refund will be available. Refund eligibility depends on the fare rules, supplier policies, ticket status, and other applicable conditions.

8. Refunds

Refunds are subject to the rules and policies of the applicable airline or travel supplier.

If a refund is approved, the refundable amount may be reduced by:

Airline cancellation penalties
Non-refundable portions of the fare
Non-refundable taxes or charges, where applicable
Service or processing fees, where permitted and applicable
Other charges disclosed in connection with your booking

Refunds, when approved, are generally returned to the original method of payment. The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on the airline, payment processor, bank, or card issuer.

Key West Air Link cannot guarantee the processing time of third-party travel suppliers or financial institutions.

9. No-Shows and Unused Travel

If you fail to check in, board a flight, or otherwise use a booked travel service without properly canceling or modifying the reservation in accordance with the applicable supplier’s rules, you may lose all or part of the value of your booking.

Some unused tickets may have refundable taxes or other remaining value, depending on the airline’s policies. You may contact Key West Air Link to inquire about available options.

10. Airline Schedule Changes and Cancellations

Airlines may change flight schedules, aircraft, routes, departure times, or other aspects of travel. Airlines may also cancel flights or make other operational changes.

Key West Air Link does not control airline schedules or operations and is not responsible for changes, delays, cancellations, missed connections, or other disruptions caused by an airline or other travel supplier.

If we become aware of a significant schedule change affecting your booking, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information you provided.

Any rebooking, refund, credit, or other remedy available in connection with an airline disruption will be subject to the airline’s policies and applicable law.

11. Separate Tickets and Independent Itineraries

Certain itineraries may involve two or more separate airline tickets or independently issued reservations.

Where separate tickets are issued, each ticket may be governed by separate fare rules and conditions. A cancellation, delay, schedule change, or disruption affecting one ticket does not necessarily entitle you to a refund or change on another ticket.

Customers traveling on separately ticketed itineraries should allow sufficient time between flights and understand the risks associated with separate reservations.

12. Baggage

Baggage allowances and baggage fees are determined by the applicable airline and may vary depending on the route, fare, cabin, frequent flyer status, and other factors.

You are responsible for reviewing the baggage allowance associated with your ticket before traveling.

Airlines may change baggage policies and fees at any time. Key West Air Link is not responsible for excess baggage charges, lost or damaged baggage, delayed baggage, or changes to airline baggage policies.

Claims relating to lost, delayed, or damaged baggage should generally be submitted directly to the operating airline in accordance with its procedures.

13. Travel Documents, Visas, and Entry Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and all travelers on your booking have the required documents for travel.

Depending on your itinerary, this may include:

A valid passport
A visa or other travel authorization
Government-issued identification
Transit documentation
Health or vaccination documentation, where applicable
Any other documents required by the destination or transit country

Travel requirements can change without notice. Key West Air Link recommends that customers verify requirements directly with the appropriate government authorities, embassies, consulates, and travel suppliers.

Key West Air Link is not responsible if you are denied boarding, entry, or transit because you do not have the required documents or do not meet applicable travel requirements.

14. Payment and Payment Verification

When making a booking, you must provide valid and accurate payment information.

By providing a payment method, you authorize Key West Air Link and/or our authorized payment service providers to charge the agreed amount for your booking.

In some circumstances, we may require additional verification before completing a booking. This may be necessary to protect customers and prevent fraudulent transactions.

We reserve the right to decline, delay, or cancel a booking if payment cannot be verified or processed successfully.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a question or concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact Key West Air Link before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will make reasonable efforts to review and address legitimate concerns.

A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel your financial obligations under these Terms and Conditions or the applicable travel supplier’s rules.

Key West Air Link reserves the right to provide relevant booking records, communications, payment authorizations, and other supporting documentation to financial institutions in connection with a payment dispute.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges.

16. Accuracy of Website Information

Key West Air Link makes reasonable efforts to keep information on KeyWestAirLink.net accurate and current. However, fares, schedules, availability, descriptions, and other travel information may change frequently.

We do not guarantee that all information displayed on our website will always be complete, accurate, or free from errors.

If an obvious pricing, technical, or typographical error affects a booking, we reserve the right, where permitted by law, to correct the error and provide you with the available options.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, failures, or negligence of airlines or other third-party travel suppliers.

Key West Air Link shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or travel services, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Force Majeure

Key West Air Link will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics or pandemics, government actions, strikes, civil disturbances, war, transportation disruptions, failures of communication systems, or other extraordinary events.

In such circumstances, the policies and remedies offered by the applicable travel supplier will generally apply to your booking.
